Made from Pinot Nero grapes, this Classic-Method Brut Rosé has a pale pink color, delicate white foam and fine-grained, persistent perlage. Bottle fermentation and 36 months of aging make this a dry spumante that is entirely devoid of harsh edges. The nose is loaded with forest fruits and Marasca cherries, with echoes of almonds and aromatic musk.
An imposing wine, it is made from a blend of Pinot Nero , Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier grapes in the classic proportions of 45%, 40% and 15%, respectively, thus endowing it with characteristic structure and smoothness.
