Precious Brunello produced from 100% Sangiovese harvested in the first decade of october, vinificated in stainless steel tanks for 30 days. After the Malolatic, the wine is aged in traditional Slavonian oak casks for 36 months. After the wine refines for another 12 months in the bottle, before being sold.
Colour: Ruby red with carnet reflections from the ageing.
Bouquet: Intense mature red fruit, with spicy notes.
Palate: Full, persistent with soft and elegant tannins.
