Produced in limited quantities, the particularity of this white wine is the controlled fermentation and the long refinement in barrels. Its flavours is abounding, intense and with a reminiscence of citrus fruit and spices, its colour is luminous yellow. On the palate Altare is vigorous, equilibrated, well blended and long lasting.

Provenance: Rosciano (Pescara) Abruzzo - Italy.
Vinification: soaking of the skins with must at 10°C temperature for about 24 hours. Complete separation of the must from the whole. Racking. Fermentation at controlled tempeature in new barrels.
Kind of grape: Trebbiano.
Ageing: in new barrels for about 12 months - bottles for about 6 months.
Characteristics: luminous yellow colour; abonuding and intense flavour, with a reminiscence of citrus fruit and spices; vigorous, equilibrated, well blended and long lasting in the mouth.
Serving suggestion: seafood, crustaceans, dishes with delicate sauces, fresh cheese.
Alcoholic strength: 14,5° C.
