Made from the Lambrusco varieties Marani, Salamino and Montericco, cultivated using the agronomic techniques of organic agriculture. Bright ruby red colour with a pleasantly vinous and fruity bouquet recalling violet and mellow cherry perfumes. Medium bodied with lively tannin, balanced, fresh and very refined flavour.
Type of wine: sparkling red wine.
Grapes: Lambrusco in the varieties of Marani, Montericco, Maestri, Salamino, Grasparossa.
Vinification: red, with fermentation at controlled temperature.
Sparkling process: short Charmat method.
Serving: for the entire meal, particulary recommended with rich first courses, cold meats, salami, fried fish and boiled meats.
Alcohol content: 11% vol.
Serve at: 12-14° C.
