Grape variety: 90% Sangiovese, 7% Merlot, 3% Alicante.
Date of harvest: Merlot and Alicante - first week of September; Sangiovese – mid September.
Fermentation: in stainless steel tanks with temperature control.
Malolactic: in concrete tanks.
Refining: in concrete tanks and in 225 lt. barriques already used twice or three times.
Bottling: the wine rest at least 3 months in bottle before the sale.
Alcohol: 13–14°C
