Sparkling white wine made from Malvasia di Candia aromatic grapes, cultivated using the agronomic techniques of organic agriculture. Bright straw yellow colour with green highlights. Pleasantly intense, tasty, typical and aromatic bouquet. Balanced flavour, medium dry.

Reccomended: end of meal as a dessert wine, ideal with almond tart and sponge cakes.
Alcohol content: 5+6,5% by volume.
Serve at: 8° C.
