Produced only in the best vintages, from 100% Sangiovese selected from the vineyards of Castelnuovo dell' Abate (Montalcino), harvested in the first decade of october vinificated in stainless steel tanks for about 30 days. After the maceration the wine ages in traditional Slavonian oak cask for 48 months. Subsequently the wine refines for another 12 months in the bottle, before being sold.
Colour: Intense ruby red with carnet reflection.
Bouquet: Intensely spicy with scents of vanilla and liquorice, well - balanced with scents of Morello and Plum.
Palate: Full bodied, elegant and persistent with soft tannins.
