The winery "FORNACINA" is situated oust outside the town of Montalcino, has in 2004 received the certificate of Biological Grown Grapes (controlled by ICEA Cod. Prod. B 1295) a testimony of quality, and respect for this territory, and for the nature are the true priorities.
Red wine produced from 100% Sangiovese, harvested in the first week of october, vinificated in stainless steel tanks for 21 day. Aged 1 year in traditional Slavonial oak casks, before being bottled, and put into commerce.
Colour: Brillant, ruby red.
Bouquet: Vinous, intense with notes of fruit.
Palate: Harmonious, full and persistent with a pleasent note of tannins.
