This precious condiment was created in the Venturini Baldini farm by the expert hands of Beatrice Baldini. With a sweet-sour flavour and the typical dark brown colour, it can be used in many ways to prepare truly gourmet dishes. It is very tasty with salads and raw vegetables, recommended with meat and cheese as well as fruit, ice-creams and creams.
