Cuvée d′Oro is the Prosecco di Conegliano DOC spumante wine that represents the highest quality achieved by Carpenè Malvolti for each harvest. It is the house′s traditional and qualified suppliers who select the best batch of Prosecco provided by each harvest. The 2002 harvest has seen an ex - aequo and the two wines from the hills of Guia and Santo Stefano are put through the spumante making process together to give life to the cuvee that is the "testimonial" of the prestige of CM.
Colour: straw yellow with greenish hues.
Nose: very fresh, an elegant note with fruity and flowery aromas and a typical note of honey and apple.
Perlage: very fine and persistent, giving an impression of liveliness and elegance.
Taste: very sapid, fresh and balanced in all its aromas, with an aftertaste that exalts the fine apple aroma.
Servings suggestion: Excellent as an aperitif and as an accompaniment of finger confectionary.
Alcohol content: (vol.) approx. 11%.
Suggested serving temperature: 6-8°.
