BELLENDA SAN FERMO Prosecco



A delicate and subtly aromatic spumante, produced through the natural fermentation of the Prosecco grapes cultivated on the hills of Conegliano. Delights the nose with fruity overtones and a refined, highly typical bouquet. Decisive and dry on the palate, it makes for an excellent aperitif, but really gives of its best as an accompaniment to hors d'oeuvres, particularly those based on fish.

Colour: dull straw yellow, bright and brilliant.

Perlage: abundant, evanescent mousse with fine‐grained, continuous, persistent perlage.

Bouquet: remarkably fine, intense with a hint of fruit, a delicate and distinctive bouquet. Exceptionally refined and generous, with a clear scent of fruit (golden delicious apples, peach, acacia blossom). Optimum balance between the aromatic notes and the varietal development.

Taste: Well‐orchestrated, crisp and dry, pleasantly acidulous. Excellent correspondence with the  aroma.

Alcohol by volume: 11,50%.

Servings suggestion: great as an aperitif. Excellent with antipasti, especially those based on fish. Delightful with risottos and vegetable-based pasta dishes.

Suggested serving temperature: serve at 6-8°C. Chill in the fridge for 2 hours before serving or, better still, in an ice bucket for around half an hour.
