BELLENDA METODO CLASSICO RISERVA – Talento Extra Brut



This Classic-Method Brut is made from a blend of Pinot Nero and Chardonnay, thus endowing it with characteristic structure and smoothness. It ages in the bottle for a variable period of between 4 and 6 months, and, once ready, presents a golden appearance, with a fine-grained, persistent perlage. The nose combines hints of bread and vanilla, while the palate is lively and velvet-textured. An imposing wine that is not only a great aperitif but also a fine accompaniment to ambitious mains.

Perlage: Minute‐grained, continuous, persistent perlage. Abundant, evanscent mousse.

Colour: Straw yellow with delicate greenish undertones. Brilliant and luminous.

Aroma: Highly polished, with marked varietal character and typical notes of breadcrust, toasted hazelnuts and champignon mushrooms.

Palate: Clear, dry, flavoursome and persistent.

Alcool: 12,50% vol.

Food pairing: Works wonderfully well with fish‐based dishes, especially rod‐caught sea bass, gilthead, stockfish and salted cod. Also a successful match for white meats.

Suggested serving temperature: Serve chilled to a temperature of 6-8°C.
