Made exclusively from Chardonnay grapes that, once harvested, are aged in oak casks. Bottle fermentation is carried out in our cellars at a constant temperature, and is followed, after around 48 months, by disgorgement, and then by another 12 months in bottle. The perlage is fine-grained and persistent, while the straw-yellow color produces golden reflections. The nose is expansive and evocative of vanilla and banana.
