A small but virtuous and laudable producer that is located in the Premier Cru village of Craon de Ludes, Montaigne de Reims, where part of the estate is biodynamic. Raphaël Bérèche works with exactitude on the vine and in cellar refusing chemicals from 2004, respecting traditions in harmony with the earth to defense the environment, the natural dynamics and the soil's life.

Vinification: respects the rhythms of nature, our wines are aged on the lees, the malolactic fermentation is not desired, and the transition occurs naturally in the cold winter.
Aspect: light golden yellow hue. Steady rich stream of bubbles, creamy mousse. Long finish.
Aroma: aromas of honey, brioche. Apple, banana, pralin.
Accompaniments: its remarkable balance, finesse and freshness also make it the perfect match for the fine fish dishes and delicate seafood, as well as white meat and poultry.
Serve: between 8 and 10° C.
