Information on the treatment of personal data (according to Italian Legislative Decree art. 13 196/2003)

 

Canova Del Vino s.r.l as Holder of your personal data, in accordance with and for the effects of Legislative Decree 30 June 2003 n. 196 (“Code regarding the protection of personal data”), referred to below as “Code of Confidentiality”,
with the present informs you that the above mentioned law covers the protection of people and other subjects regarding the treatment of their personal data and that such treatment will be based on the principles of correctness, lawfulness, transparency and on the protection of your confidentiality and rights. Your personal data will be dealt in accordance with the legislative dispositions of the above mentioned law and with the requirements of confidentiality here detailed.

Data treatment purposes: in particular your data will be used for those purposes connected to the carrying out of the following requirements, relative to legislative or contractual obligations:

 

  • Compulsory requirements as dictated by law in fiscal and accounting fields;
  • Management of customers.

 

The treatment of the functional data for the accomplishment of such requirements is necessary for the correct management of the relationship and provision of such is obligatory in order to accomplish the above indicated duties. Moreover, the Holder should note that the failure to provide this compulsory information or the provision of incorrect information may lead to the inability by the Holder to guarantee the adequacy of the same treatment.

 

Means of treatment: your personal data may be dealt with in the following ways:

 

  • Assignment to third parties for the purposes of processing;
  • Treatment by electronic means;
  • Manual treatment by means of paper files.


All treatment takes place in adherence to the means dictated by art. 11, 31 and subsequent articles of the Code of Confidentiality and by means of the adoption of the minimal security measures dictated by legal dispositions (Attachment B).

Communication: your data will be kept at our centre and will be communicated exclusively to those subjects entitled to realize those services necessary for the correct management of the work relationship whist guaranteeing the protection of rights of the interested party.
Your data will be dealt with exclusively by those members of staff expressly authorized to do so by the Holder and, in particular, by the following categories of personnel:

 

  • Administration Office.

Your data may be communicated to third parties, in particular to:

  • Consultants and free professionals, even in associative form;
  • Banks and credit institutions.

 

Release: your personal data will not be released to others in any way.

Holder: the Holder of the treatment of data, according to legal requirements, is Canova Del Vino s.r.l. You have the right to obtain from the holder, the cancellation, the communication, the updating, the rectification and the integration of personal data relating to this data, as well as generally the exercising of all those rights dictated by art. 7 of the Code of Confidentiality.
