How to make a return
In case of damaged shipment:
In case you receive packages from La Canova Del Vino which have been visibly damaged by the courier (broken packaging or visibly stained from the run off of wine from any broken bottles) you should proceed in this way:
Where the damaged product is no longer available, you will be contacted for an eventual substitution. If you do not find in our catalogue any product in substitution, LaCanovaDelVino will refund you the sum paid.
Any shipment costs incurred for return to the sender of the damaged package and redelivery of the replacement shall be assumed entirely by ourselves.
Information relating to right to withdrawal :
Purchases made on the La Canova Del Vino site are subject to the disciplines dictated by Legislative Decree 206/05 which guarantees you the right of withdraw, for any reason, from the purchase contract.

Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org containing a declaration of the wish to exercise the right to withdraw, indicating all the information required:
Subsequently, you must wait for a communication from our Customer Service department who will authorize the return. After having received such communication, you must resend the goods, subject of return, within a further 15 days.
La Canova del Vino s.r.l. commits itself to refunding the customer within 15 working days from receipts of the goods, arranging to credit the Customer the amount correspondent to the value of the goods taken from the invoice. Shipment expenses are not included in the aforesaid amount. This is in compliance with art. 5, paragraph 6, Leg. Decree n. 185 of the 22/05/1999.
