Varieties: Sauvignon Blanc, Viognier.
Trellis: spurred cordon.
Soil characteristics: clay-rich chalk, with abundant pebble.
Vinification: cool maceration and controlled-temperature fermentation.
Aging: 5 months in stainless steel tanks.
Characteristics: a luminous straw-yellow with gold highlights. The bouquet is quite aromatic, with notes of citrus and peach, which beautifully infuse the palate as well. Smooth and supple in the mouth, with a zesty acidity that adds to its remarkable richness.
Pairing: light meats, fish.
